A bit about Daniel…

Daniel is a multi-hyphenate performer and filmmaker from Columbia, South Carolina. Along with filmmaking, Daniel performs on Broadway and across the country in shows such as Hamilton, The Lion King, and Cats. Along with performing on stage, Daniel appeared on-screen in projects like La La Land, Superstore, and SNL.

Ever since he was young, stories and filmmaking have captured his imagination. His favorite moments of childhood consisted of creating characters and crafting rich narratives while playing with action figures. A blooming screenwriter, his scripts explore class tensions, generational reconciliation, and finding a way forward amidst political, personal and idealistic differences. When he’s not writing and creating, you’ll find him either playing chess, trying out a new recipe or reading a new nonfiction book.

Giving back is very important to Daniel, which led him to become a board member on Share the Movement.

Daniel hopes to continue to break barriers and reach audiences with awe-inspiring stories spanning across film and television mediums.
